Jukka Laitinen 4682ad992f boards/arm/imxrt/imxrt1180-evk: Fix FCB struct layout for flexspi_nor_config_s 
The flexspi_nor_config_s was missing four fields, resulting the fields after the
missing ones being read from wrong positions.

Align the struct properly according to the reference manual.
