Several bugs made the MIPS32 cache functions unusable: - The range functions rounded the end address down instead of up and stopped before it, so the last line was never handled. A range within a single line started a loop that only ended when the address wrapped around 4 GB, which took seconds. - HIT_WRITEBACK_D was 0x15, which is Hit_Writeback_Inv_D. Hit Writeback D is 0x19. up_clean_dcache() now uses it and up_flush_dcache() uses Hit_Writeback_Inv_D. - The *_all functions used Hit operations over a KSEG0 range the size of the cache, which only affects lines caching that range. Use index operations instead: Index_Invalidate_I, Index_Writeback_Inv_D and, to discard the D-Cache, Index_Store_Tag_D with a zero tag. - With CONFIG_MIPS32_CACHE_AUTOINFO the line size was computed with a right shift instead of a left shift. - The CACHE_OP loop label was "1", the same label the callers use to skip the operation, and the branch delay slot was left to whatever instruction followed. - up_coherent_dcache() called up_invalidate_icache_all() even when it is not built. Apache NuttX is a real-time operating system (RTOS) with an emphasis on standards compliance and small footprint. Scalable from 8-bit to 64-bit microcontroller environments, the primary governing standards in NuttX are POSIX and ANSI standards. Additional standard APIs from Unix and other common RTOSs (such as VxWorks) are adopted for functionality not available under these standards, or for functionality that is not appropriate for deeply-embedded environments (such as fork()).
For brevity, many parts of the documentation will refer to Apache NuttX as simply NuttX.
Getting Started
First time on NuttX? Read the Getting Started guide! If you don't have a board available, NuttX has its own simulator that you can run on terminal.
Documentation
You can find the current NuttX documentation on the Documentation Page.
Alternatively, you can build the documentation yourself by following the Documentation Build Instructions.
The old NuttX documentation is still available in the Apache wiki.
Supported Boards
NuttX supports a wide variety of platforms. See the full list on the Supported Platforms page.

If you wish to contribute to the NuttX project, read the Contributing guidelines for information on Git usage, coding standard, workflow and the NuttX principles.
