wangchengdong 97db9a499c sched/signal: use list_waitingforsignal() to access g_waitingforsignal 
Replace direct access to the g_waitingforsignal list with the
    NuttX-defined macro list_waitingforsignal() to improve code
    consistency and maintainability.
