ecef24ea33 toolchain/ghs: greenhills compiler does not recognize .syntax unified
The GreenHills Compiler uses Unified Assembler Language by default and
it does not recognize .syntax unified instruction. Therefore, remove
them if GHS compiler is used.

1d9e160f97 toolchain/ghs: add Greenhills compiler support for .type directive for arm-v8r
The GreenHills Compiler uses different grammer for the .type directive
in asm, this patch adds support for the grammer for arm-v8r.
Similar change for arm-v7r was done in pull request #12883.

79711737bc arch/init: call up_color_intstack before up_irq_enable
Make sure interrupt stack is colored before IRQ is enabled.

Currently, after calling irq_initialize in nx_start to

path before the interrupt stack is colored.

ca7608c2ac sched/irq: add a check for the interrupt stack in irq_dispatch

504ec6b2c6 arch/udelay: Make common, weak definition of up_*delay functions
Many different architectures re-implemented the exact same code for
`up_*delay` because it was originally written as architecture dependent
code. Busy-waiting can be done regardless of architecture, so this
commit moves that duplicated implementation to a common file with weak
definitions so that individual architectures (see tc32) are still able
to override the definition if needed/desired.

Default implementation is not included if ARCH_TIMER is enabled, since
it is more accurate and provides its own weak definitions to override.

5d7ac216f2 arch: optimize up_check_tcbstack for stack overflow detection

03af486d68 arm: remove up_set_current_regs/up_current_regs
reason:
up_set_current_regs initially had two functions:

1: To mark the entry into an interrupt state.
2: To record the context before an interrupt/exception. If we switch to
a new task, we need to store the upcoming context regs by calling up_set_current_regs(regs).

Currently, we record the context in other ways, so the second function is obsolete.
Therefore, we need to rename up_set_current_regs to better reflect its actual meaning,
which is solely to mark an interrupt.

2275138dcf arch_atomic : Introduce CONFIG_LIBC_ARCH_ATOMIC
Some armv7-m-based SoCs do not work with atomic instructions,
even though armv7-m supports them.

To avoid using atomic instructions generated by gcc,
CONFIG_LIBC_ARCH_ATOMIC is newly introduced with which
arch_atomic.c is linked explicitly.

However, the function names need to be changed to avoid
build errors, since the functions described in stdatomic.h
are gcc built-in and inlined when the code is compiled.

About libcxx with CONFIG_LIBC_ARCH_ATOMIC, it still
does not work. It is also needed to call nx_atomic_ ver
instead of __atomic ver in
libcxx/include/__atomic/cxx_atomic_lmpl.h.
