9159f6e353 build/cmake: Add toolchain C++ library linking for all platforms.
Extend CONFIG_LIBCXXTOOLCHAIN support to all remaining platforms
in CMake builds by explicitly locating and linking libstdc++.a
from the toolchain. This prevents build failures caused by STL
header/library mismatches where toolchain headers are included
without the corresponding library.
* Adds nuttx_find_toolchain_lib() calls for all platforms.
* Aligns CMake behavior with Make build system.

a3273e6a96 arch: Add stack alignment and stack size checking when CONFIG_TLS_ALIGNED=y
Add validation to ensure allocated stack size does not exceed TLS_MAXSTACK when
CONFIG_TLS_ALIGNED is enabled, and verify proper stack alignment using STACK_ALIGN_MASK
across all architectures. This improves stack safety and prevents potential TLS overflow conditions.

8bb250a4c0 arch: move STACK_ALIGNMENT to irq.h
Move STACK_ALIGNMENT macro definitions from architecture-specific internal
headers to public irq.h headers. This enables common code to directly access
STACK_ALIGNMENT without requiring internal header inclusion, improving code
organization and reducing header dependencies. Applies to all architectures:
ARM, ARM64, AVR, HC, MIPS, or1k, Renesas, RISC-V, SIM, SPARC, TriCore, x86,
x86_64, Xtensa, Z16, and Z80.

657ac8317e arch: fix addrenv_switch changing this_task causing exceptions
After addrenv_switch(), the current running task (this_task) may change due to
deferred work execution. Update all architecture interrupt, syscall, and exit

0a8be84033 arch/avr/src/avrdx: remove unused variable and update comment
Commit e5db83d7db introduced a change to the file updated by this patch
which caused a build-time warning about unused variable. This patch
removes declaration of the variable from the code.

This patch also updates comment that relates to what was changed
in the commit.

Patch was tested by building breadxavr:nsh - resulting binary is identical
(by SHA256 checksum) and the warning is no longer present.

b8e4ced860 arch/avr/src/avrdx: fix missing code for alternate pin positions
The Kconfig configuration was offering alternate routing options
for USART peripherals but there was no code which would act
on those settings. This patch fixes it.

Additionally, since the code is being worked on, this patch
also renames USART-related configuration options from AVR_HAS_
to AVR_HAVE_ . This is based on GitHub and mailing list discussion
where it was pointed out that other architectures use "HAVE".

Patch was tested by choosing few combinations of the configuration
and verifying which registers are being set in disassembly. Base
configuration was also tested by an application that uses two ports.

504ec6b2c6 arch/udelay: Make common, weak definition of up_*delay functions
Many different architectures re-implemented the exact same code for
`up_*delay` because it was originally written as architecture dependent
code. Busy-waiting can be done regardless of architecture, so this
commit moves that duplicated implementation to a common file with weak
definitions so that individual architectures (see tc32) are still able
to override the definition if needed/desired.

Default implementation is not included if ARCH_TIMER is enabled, since
it is more accurate and provides its own weak definitions to override.

d9269112ee arch/avr/avrdx: do not copy const variables into RAM
AVR uses Hardward architecture with separate address space for program
memory (flash) and data memory (RAM). Normal program flow can only
access data memory which means that all variables - including const
variables - have to be copied into RAM to be accessible. (This happens
automatically during startup.)

It is possible to work around this limitation in software but that
can have severe impact on performance and/or API complexity. It is hardly
feasible to change NuttX interfaces in a way that would allow to make use
of this workaround.

On newer AVR families, there is an alternative option enabled by this patch.
These chips map part of their program memory (a 32kB window) into data
memory address space. This patch leverages this feature and adds support
for placing const variables into the mapped window. No copy to RAM is done
for them.

Const variables are therefore loaded directly from flash (not consuming
RAM) while still being available to be used by any NuttX interface.

Linker script of breadxavr board is changed to make use of these changes.

Tested by verifying string addresses - parameters in printf call
in a custom application (and also by running the application and verifying
its output.)

Documentation tested by build.

fa7f81c34e arch/avr: fix up_saveusercontext
The up_saveusercontext function leverages USER_SAVE macro,
which is ordinarily used as a first half of the context switch.
This macro is therefore unsuitable to be used standalone,
it pops return address from the stack and does not return.

This patch adds missing instructions to do what would otherwise
be done by the second half of the context switch.

Tested by compiling and verifying the disassembly - the function
no longer falls through to the next function in the program memory,
push/pop instructions are balanced and stack contents preserved

8126a8119f arch/avr: reworked eliminating unused sections with GCC
After a mailing list suggestion, the indirection that enabled
ARCH_TOOLCHAIN_GCC only when user requested it is removed.

The indirection was a safety measure for chips and boards with linker
scripts that (possibly) do not handle keeping for example .vectors
section even if the linker considers it unreferenced.

Instead, all existing configurations now disable
CONFIG_DEBUG_OPT_UNUSED_SECTIONS to prevent the linker from removing
any code. (Preserving previous behaviour.) This can be removed again
at some point after making sure that corresponding linker script
only removes code that is truly unused.

065910c7d3 arch/avr/src/avrdx: added I/O interrupt multiplexer
AVR DA/DB family chips have single interrupt vector for all changes
on an I/O port. This poses problem when multiple drivers want to claim
the same interrupt (might happen for example with button and discrete
joystick drivers using pins on the same port.)

The I/O multiplexer solves it by providing interface similar
to irq_attach. However, it allows registration of multiple handlers
for the same interrupt vector with additional information recording
which pins should be serviced by each handler.

Only handler for pins that triggered the interrupt is then called.
