Nuttx currently has 2 types of sleep interfaces:
1. Signal-scheduled sleep: nxsig_sleep() / nxsig_usleep() / nxsig_nanosleep()
Weaknesses:
a. Signal-dependent: The signal-scheduled sleep method is bound to the signal framework, while some driver sleep operations do not depend on signals.
b. Timespec conversion: Signal-scheduled sleep involves timespec conversion, which has a significant impact on performance.
2. Busy sleep: up_mdelay() / up_udelay()
Weaknesses:
a. Does not actively trigger scheduling, occupy the CPU loading.
3. New interfaces: Scheduled sleep: nxsched_sleep() / nxsched_usleep() / nxsched_msleep() / nxsched_ticksleep()
Strengths:
a. Does not depend on the signal framework.
b. Tick-based, without additional computational overhead.
Currently, the Nuttx driver framework extensively uses nxsig_* interfaces. However, the driver does not need to rely on signals or timespec conversion.
Therefore, a new set of APIs is added to reduce dependencies on other modules.
(This PR also aims to make signals optional, further reducing the code size of Nuttx.)

- Added esp32s3_board_spislavedev.c with board-level SPI slave logic
- Added esp32s3_board_spislavedev.h public header in common/include
- Updated Make.defs to include the new source when CONFIG_SPI_SLAVE_DRIVER=y
- Adding spislv board config to esp32s3-devkit
- Adding documentation of esp32s3 devkit spi slv
- Fixing path include in esp32s3_board_spislavedev.c
- Fixing relative path in the header of esp32s3_board_spislavedev.h
- Removing neasted check in Make.defs, consistency reasons
This provides initial support for SPI slave device initialization
on ESP32-S3 boards, making the feature available under conditional
build configuration.

If both SPI Flash support (`CONFIG_ESP32S3_SPIFLASH`) and PSRAM
(`CONFIG_ESP32S3_SPIRAM`) are enabled, the PSRAM can only be
assigned to the user's heap (`CONFIG_ESP32S3_SPIRAM_USER_HEAP`).
Additionaly, `CONFIG_ESP32S3_SPI_FLASH_SUPPORT_PSRAM_STACK` must be
set because the system will end up allocating tasks' stacks from
the external PSRAM. This has an impact when dealing with SPI flash
operations because the cache must be disabled and the running task
should not rely on any data from the PSRAM. To accomplish that, It
offloads the SPI flash operation to a work queue (which, by
definition, allocates its heap from the kernel heap).
The same (assigning the PSRAM to the user's heap) is valid when the
Wi-Fi is enabled because the lower-half driver requires data being
allocated from the internal memory (which can only be achieved by
allocating from the kernel heap when both the kernel and user heaps
exists).

external PSRAM chip, freeing internal memory for other usages. Note
that it is necessary to update `esp32s3-devkit:python` defconfig

Now, espressif qemu supports MCUboot, so we can switch the app
format.
The build was failing with the legacy app format because
_ext_ram_bss_end and _ext_ram_bss_start are not defined in the
legacy linker file.
Based on configuration of usb_device.
Quick start:
./tools/configure.sh -l esp32s3-devkit:fastboot
make flash -j ESPTOOL_PORT=/dev/ttyACMx
(Optional) You can get full defconfig by executing following commands after SAVING your stages if necessary:
./tools/configure.sh -l esp32s3-devkit:fastboot
make savedefconfig
cat defconfig

Update the wireless symbols from ESP32S3_* to ESPRESSIF_* for using common layer.
Remove ESP32S3 specific WiFi files and edit build system to use common layer.
Under apps/testing folder, the macro of CONFIG_TESTING_MM is changed to CONFIG_TESTING_HEAP.
So we need to update the defconfig containing CONFIG_TESTING_HEAP in the nuttx/boards folder.

This commit cleans up redundant header file includes throughout the codebase.
The changes include:
- Removing duplicate #include directives that were present in the same file
- Consolidating includes that were split across multiple lines unnecessarily
- Removing unused includes that were no longer needed
- Fixing some formatting issues with includes
The changes improve code organization and maintainability by:
- Reducing unnecessary dependencies
- Making include dependencies more explicit
- Following consistent include patterns
- Removing dead code
No functional changes are made - this is purely a code cleanup commit.
