BREAKING CHANGE: Remove BOARDIOC_INIT macro now that the interface is
removed in favour of CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE.
Quick fix: instead of calling BOARDIOC_INIT from your application,
instead enable late initialization to have it performed automatically
prior to application entry.
If you need custom initialization logic, use the board_final_initialize
function and `BOARDIOC_FINALINIT` command instead.

BREAKING: In an effort to simplify NuttX initialization, NSH_ARCHINIT is
removed. board_app_initialize is also removed. BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE now
performs all board initialization logic, and is by default enabled. All
references to these symbols are removed. BOARDIOC_INIT remains, but will
result in -ENOTTY when called. It is to be removed in a later commit.
Quick fix: Boards relying on NSH_ARCHINIT should now enable
CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE instead. If the application needs
fine-grained control over board initialization from userspace, the logic
performed by BOARDIOC_INIT may be copied to the board_finalinitialize
function and used instead via BOARDIOC_FINALINIT. All
board_app_initialize logic provided by NuttX is now moved to
board_late_initialize, and the same should be done for out-of-tree
boards.

Add USB Video Class 1.1 gadget driver supporting Bulk transport
with uncompressed YUY2 video streaming. Resolution and frame
interval are negotiated dynamically via PROBE/COMMIT control.
- uvc.h: protocol constants, streaming control struct, public API
- uvc.c: class driver with PROBE/COMMIT, bulk EP, /dev/uvc0 chardev
- Kconfig/Make.defs: USBUVC config and build rules
- boardctl.c: BOARDIOC_USBDEV_UVC standalone init path
Hardened against host disconnect:
- Removed nxmutex_lock from USB interrupt context paths
- Added 30s semaphore timeout in uvc_write with EP_CANCEL fallback
- Drain stale wrsem counts in VS_COMMIT before new stream
- Guard uvc_streaming_stop() against double EP_CANCEL race
- Handle EP_SUBMIT returning -ESHUTDOWN gracefully

Add missing else branches to handle spinlock operations when no valid spinlock
pointer is available. This fixes a regression in IRQ save/restore operations
introduced by a previous refactoring of the spinlock control logic.

Add trace points to record transitions of g_nx_initstate and to mark
board early/late initialization boundaries. Also add trace marks for
RESET and PANIC to improve boot-time diagnostics and failure analysis.
Add OSINIT_RESET to indicate system is in reset process.

Replace direct up_irq_save/up_irq_restore calls with spinlock IRQ-safe
interfaces (spin_lock_irqsave, spin_trylock_irqsave, spin_unlock_irqrestore)
to maintain semantic consistency when both spinlock and IRQ flags are used together.

Add a new boardctl command BOARDIOC_MACADDR to retrieve the MAC address of the network interface.
The board_macaddr function needs to be implemented by the board logic.

When uninitializing cdcacm via a boardctl ioctl, use the instance number
instead of direct pointer to the driver. The reason for this is, that in
CONFIG_BUILD_KERNEL the applications sercon and serdis can't store the pointer;
they are separate processes which get killed.
The cdcacm driver will search up the driver from the file system when the direct
pointer is not given.

Renaming "modlib" to "libelf" is more in line with the implementation content,
which makes it easier for individual developers to understand the capabilities of this module.

This interface may be used by application specific logic to start
specified slave cpu core under the pseudo AMP case which is different
with armv7-a/armv8-a SMP. Support for this function is required by
board-level logic if CONFIG_BOARDCTL_START_CPU is selected.

Summary:
- Correct boardctl function's return value
- In case of BOARDIOC_TESTSET, `ret' has 0 or 1 or an error,
but `ret' is ignored except error.
Impact:
- boardctl return value except errors
Testing:
- custom Cortex-A9 board

BOARDIOC_SWITCH_BOOT is required to communicate the boot partition from
userspace (OTA subsystem) to board. It can be used to change the system
boot behavior. So it's useful for A/B boot or even single boot case.
For the board support A/B boot case:
1. Download the new image from the sever
2. Write the new image to the alternative partition
3. Call BOARDCTL_SWITCH_BOOT to the alternative system
For single boot partition case:
1. Download the new image from the sever
2. Call BOARDCTL_SWITCH_BOOT and reboot to a small system
3. Write the new image to the main partition in the small system
4. Call BOARDCTL_SWITCH_BOOT again to the main system

board/boarctl.c: Add support for the new BOARDIOC_ROMDISK command. This allows applications to create ROMFS block drivers without illegal direct calls to romdisk_register.
include/sys/boardctl.h: Add basic definitions to support a ROM disk creation boardctl() command.
Squashed commit of the following:
drivers/: Run tools/nxstyle against all drivers/*.c.
boards/boardctl.c: Add new boardctl() command, BOARDIOC_MKRD, that can be used to create a RAM disk. This will replace the illegal call to ramdisk_register() currently used by NSH.
drivers/mkrd.c: Add wrapper around ramdisk_register() for creating a proper ramdisk.
Move boards to boards folder
* boards: rename configs folder to boards
This is the proposed layout after the change:
boards: - folder containing board folders
<board>: - name of each board
drivers: - extra drivers specific for platform
include: - header files for the boars
scripts: - extra scripts specific for platform
src: - board specific code
tools: - extra tools specific for platform
<config>: - board specific configuration(s)
Note:
<xxx> names are dependent on platform
This is a logical change to aim to the arch layout but this is a
huge change it should be done in several steps to lower the risk.
