Align the NuttX open(2) flag constants with the Linux asm-generic
values so that the FUSE wire protocol and other cross-platform
interfaces work without conversion.
All code that used '(flags & O_RDONLY)' as a bitmask check (always 0
now that O_RDONLY=0) has been updated to use '(flags & O_ACCMODE)'
comparisons.
The NUTTX_O_* constants in include/nuttx/fs/hostfs.h are updated to
match, and the sim hostfs open flag mapping is fixed.

O_RDOK and O_WROK are non-standard aliases for O_RDONLY and O_WRONLY
respectively. Having two names for the same flag creates confusion,
especially when aligning the flag values with Linux. Remove the
aliases and replace all uses with the standard O_RDONLY/O_WRONLY.
No functional change — O_RDOK was defined as O_RDONLY and O_WROK as
O_WRONLY, so the replacement is a pure text substitution.

debug.h is a NuttX-specific, non-POSIX header. Placing it in the
top-level include/ directory creates naming conflicts with external
projects that define their own debug.h.
This commit moves the canonical header to include/nuttx/debug.h,
following the NuttX convention for non-POSIX/non-standard headers,
and updates all in-tree references.
A backward-compatibility shim is left at include/debug.h that
emits a deprecation #warning and re-includes <nuttx/debug.h>,
allowing out-of-tree code to continue building while migrating.

For POLICY_0, when a pipe only has a reader and no writer,
if the pipe is empty, set POLLHUP.
For POLICY_1, when a pipe only has a reader but no writer,
if the pipe is empty, POLLHUP will not be set.
This change corrects poll() behavior to match the two pipe policies.
No API changes.

examples:
There are two threads involved: thread A with a priority of 100 and
thread B with a priority of 101. Here's how they interact:
When thread A releases a semaphore, thread B is scheduled to execute
some code and may reacquire the semaphore. If no other tasks are ready,
thread A will be scheduled to run.
This continuous process can lead to a busy loop.
Thread A: Thread B:
while (nxsem_get_value(&priv->wait, &semcount) >= 0 && <---
semcount <= 0) | 2)context switch
{ 1)contex switch |
nxsem_post(&priv->wait); -------------> run some code and nxsem_wait again
}

The write should return even in case of O_NONBLOCK if at least some
bytes were written.
The previous state where always all bytes were written was breaking a
common combination with poll, because poll would signal POLLOUT and some
bytes would really be consumed but write could still block afterwards.
That would prevent from execution returning to the poll loop again.
None the less it is also the standard C library behavior for the write
function.
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

When opening a FIFO with O_RDONLY or O_WRONLY set:
* If O_NONBLOCK is set, an open() for reading-only shall return
without delay. An open() for writing-only shall return an error
if no process currently has the file open for reading.
* If O_NONBLOCK is clear, an open() for reading-only shall block
the calling thread until a thread opens the file for writing.

There is a good case on sim platform:
When we input some cmd and click enter key to start application in terminal,
this context will change to application from IDLE loop. Althrough entey key '\r'
has been received to recv buffer and complete post semaphore of reader, but
pollnotify may not be called because context change. So when application run
poll function, because no events happend and poll enter wait, context will
again change to IDLE loop, this pollnotify of IDLE loop will run to send poll
events, poll function of applicaton will wake up. It's wrong!

Resolution of Issue 619 will require multiple steps, this part of the first step in that resolution: Every call to nxsem_wait_uninterruptible() must handle the return value from nxsem_wait_uninterruptible properly. This commit is only for those files under drivers/pipes and drivers/wireless.
* Simplify EINTR/ECANCEL error handling
1. Add semaphore uninterruptible wait function
2 .Replace semaphore wait loop with a single uninterruptible wait
3. Replace all sem_xxx to nxsem_xxx
* Unify the void cast usage
1. Remove void cast for function because many place ignore the returned value witout cast
2. Replace void cast for variable with UNUSED macro
