BREAKING CHANGE: Public STM32L4 interfaces were renamed from stm32l4_* forms to canonical stm32_* forms across arch and board headers/sources. Public type names were normalized to stm32_* equivalents (including timer/lptimer/dma/freerun API-facing types), and stm32l4can_initialize() was renamed to stm32_caninitialize().
