Gregory Nutt 4f9998b4a8 Big, very risky change: Remove all occurrences of up_maskack_irq() that disable and enable interrupts with up_ack_irq() that only acknowledges the interrupts. This is only used in interrupt decoding logic. Also remove the logic that unconditionally re-enables interrupts with the interrupt exits. This interferes with the drivers ability to control the interrupt state. This is a necessary, sweeping, global change and unfortunately impossible to test.

README.txt 

This directory provides a build area for all SH architectures.
The 'common' subdirectory contains source files shared by all SH
architectures; Source files unique to a specific SH chip
architecture are contained in a subdirectory named after the chip.
At configuration time, additional directories will be linked here:
'build' will be a link to the configs/*/src directory; 'chip' will
be a link to the SH chip sub-directory.
