Maarten Zanders 65207ae1c5 serial/uart_rpmsg: add _raw version of driver ... Mainline Linux doesn't use data encapsuation or flow control in its tty_rpmsg driver. Create a NuttX counterpart which matches this implementation. This driver uses the static "rpmsg-tty" name to connect with the remote service.
