Patrick José Pereira c23f52ac71 libs: libc: armv8-m: Enable ARMV8M_STRING_FUNCTION 
Having this disabled by default has terrible performance issues

Maximum network speed was limited to 50MBits/s
Enabling this option makes it run close to 100MBits/s
