Joao Mario Lago df8538608e arch/arm/stm32: allow UART7/8 serial driver on H5 
Include STM32_HAVE_USART_H5 in the UART7/UART8 driver choice
depends so CONFIG_STM32_UART*_SERIALDRIVER can be selected on
STM32H5.
