Build fs_link.c unconditionally so link() remains available even when CONFIG_PSEUDOFS_SOFTLINKS is disabled. Return ENOSYS in that configuration instead of leaving applications with an undefined symbol. Signed-off-by: Felipe Moura <moura.fmo@gmail.com>
