offset int -> offset, len int -> size_t, ret int -> ssize_t

6b5dddd5d7 libs/libc: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.
