ef67a866f3 openamp: replace VIRTIO_DRIVER/DEVICE_ONLY to VIRTIO_DRIVER/DEVICE_SUPPORT 
New OpenAMP change the VIRTIO_DRIVER/DEVICE_ONLY to the
VIRTIO_DRIVER_DEVCE_SUPPORT, so upgrade the NuttX OpenAMP config too

8b4376683a openamp: sync the openamp and libmetal to the last commit 
Upgrade the openamp is a troublesome thing, so diretly sync the
open-amp and libmetal the newest commit.

We can update the commit and remove the patch when this patch has
been merged in the OpenAMP repo.

b5cf4310cb gote: implement asynchronous printf formatting 
Do not format immediately when calling sched_note_printf, but delay formatting until dump trace.
After turning on SYSTEM_NOTE, similar asynchronous syslog functions can be achieved.

6ea3dcace4 misc/rpmsgdev: fix block mode read/write bug in rpmsgdev 
Rpmsg dev server always open the real char device with nonblock mode,
so let client try to read/wrtie the read device every read/write
operation.

dd57400e7b mm/mempool: Fix mempool tag kasan error 
The address needs to be reset only when comparing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division addresses. Otherwise, the original address is always returned or saved.

8b49e17f1f stm32f429i-disco: disable TM32_FB_CMAP 
The default bpp is STM32_LTDC_L1_L8, when TM32_FB_CMAP=y,and The default bpp is STM32_LTDC_L1_RGB565 when TM32_FB_CMAP=n. The color-format bpp  of stm32f429i is 16, so we should be disable TM32_FB_CMAP, otherwise fb demo will result in an error.

a38e533bfa CI: Set PR Label to the Arch-Specific Board 
This PR changes the Labeling of PRs so that the Architecture (arm, risc-v, xtensa, ...) is specified in the Board Label. Previously the CI Workflow would set Generic Board Labels like "Area: Board support". Now it will set the Arch-Specific Board Label like "Board: arm".

The Board Label will be used by the upcoming CI Build Rules to skip unnecessary builds. So "Board: arm" will enable only the builds for `arm-01` to `arm-14`. This is explained here: https://github.com/apache/nuttx/issues/13775

89f3ef4480 gdbstub: add RLE compression

w/o compression, nxgcore command took 41seconds.
w compression, 28second.

If we enable `set trust-readonly-sections on` to read from elf whenever
possible, it furture reduces to 14.9seconds.
