2ad01e2aab net/tcp: support recv packet in the TCP_FIN_WAIT_1/2 state
shutdown should send TCP_FIN packet.

close should send TCP_RST packet when the data in readahead has not been
                                 read and NEW_DATA has arrived.
send TCP_FIN packet when in other cases.

752245aca4 net: Move NET_TCP/UDP_HAVE_STACK to netconfig.h
Now the HAVE_PFINET(6)_SOCKETS depends on NET_TCP/UDP_HAVE_STACK, which
is previously defined in net/ folder and cannot be included.
Considering many places use this check, maybe moving them to netconfig.h
could be better.

Problem Description:
Problem occurrence when Thread1 creat connect/recv socket and Thread2 cancel Thread1.
1. Thread2 cancel when Thread1 connect event, will cause DEBUGASSERT in devif_callback_free.Because cb in g_cbfreelist.
2. Thread2 cancel when Thread1 recvfrom sem-wait, when the FIN packet input and will trigger tcp_recvhandler and will crash.Becuase some thread stack data was freed.

075eb6a6d2 net/udp: Change conn->readahead to I/O buffer chain
When using IOB queue to store readahead data, we use one IOB for each
UDP packet. Then if the packets are very small, like 10Bytes per packet,
we'll use ~1600 IOBs just for 16KB recv buffer size, which is wasteful
and dangerous. So change conn->readahead to a single IOB chain like TCP.

Benefits:
- Using memory and IOBs more efficiently (small packets are common in
  UDP)

Side effects:
- UDP recv buffer size may count the overhead
- A little bit drop in performance (<1%, more seek & copy)

f61dc72892 net/tcp:Add NewReno congestion control.
- NewReno congestion control algorithm is used to solve the problem
of network congestion breakdown. NewReno congestion control includes
slow start, collision avoidance, fast retransmission, and fast
recovery. The implementation refers to RFC6582 and RFC5681.

- In addition, we optimize the congestion algorithm. In the conflict
avoidance stage, the maximum congestion window max_cwnd is used to
limit the excessive growth of cwnd and prevent network jitter
caused by congestion. Maximum congestion window max_cwnd is updated
with the current congestion window cwnd and the update weight is
0.875 when an RTO timeout occurs.

b33474cb11 free TCP rx buffer immediately in tcp_close
Issue:
TCP rx buffer is freed after 4-way handshake with current design.
3 socket's rx buffer might be consumed during ffmpeg switch music procedure,
and this might cause IOB exhausted.

Solution:
free TCP rx buffer immediately in tcp_close to make sure IOB won't be
exhausted.

34d2cde8a8 net/l2/l3/l4: add support of iob offload
1. Add new config CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE to isolation of l2 stack,
which will benefit l3(IP) layer for multi-MAC(l2) implementation,
especially in some NICs such as celluler net driver.

new configuration options: CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE

CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE will reserved l2 buffer header size of
network buffer to isolate the L2/L3 (MAC/IP) data on network layer,
which will be beneficial to L3 network layer protocol transparent
transmission and forwarding

------------------------------------------------------------
Layout of frist iob entry:

        iob_data (aligned by CONFIG_IOB_ALIGNMENT)
            |
            | io_offset(CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE)
            | |

            | |
            -------------------------------------------------

            -------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Support iob offload to l2 driver to avoid unnecessary memory copy

Support send/receive iob vectors directly between the NICs and l3/l4
stack to avoid unnecessary memory copies, especially on hardware that
supports Scatter/gather, which can greatly improve performance.

new interface to support iob offload:

  ------------------------------------------
  | IOB version | original |
  |----------------------------------------|
  |  devif_iob_poll()  |   devif_poll()    |

6978446b8e net/tcp: remove debug counter of connect instance
Fixed by commit:

 | net: remove pvconn reference from all devif callback
 |
 | Do not use 'pvconn' argument to get the connection pointer since
 | pvconn is normally NULL for some events like NETDEV_DOWN.
 | Instead, the connection pointer can be reliably obtained from the
 | corresponding private pointer.

Since a separate work will add 24 bytes to each conn instance,
but in order to support the feature of asynchronous close(),
I can not find a better way than adding a separate work,
for resource constraints, I recommend the developers to enable
CONFIG_NET_ALLOC_CONNS, which will reduce the ram usage.
