when i is zero and file_get is failed, num is -1,
it's uint32_max for nfds.
so remove num and simplify code logic.

Allow users to operate poll in the kernel using the file_poll
approach, as file is protected with reference counting,
making it more secure.

Add the noinstrument_function attribute to the poll_notify function
to avoid it being looped if -finstrument-functions is set to the

The man manual describes that poll only has EFAULT, EINTR, EINVAL, and ENOMEM return values.
If a file returns an error, the POLLERR event should be set and OK should be returned

When using libuv to poll the socket, the socket poll returned an EBUSY error, causing libuv to abort.
The expected logic should be to return OK, allowing libuv to notify the event listener that the POLLERR event occurred.

timeout is a type of int
in MSEC2TICK, timeout may be multiplied by USEC_PER_MSEC
and the result may be out of range of int
Besides, this will induce following ERROR while running simulator:

1. fs_epoll: try again when epoll_teardown() return 0
when poll_notify() called larger than twice when epoll_wait() blocked
in the eph->sem, the semcount will be larger than 1 when epoll_wait()
unblocked and will return 0 directly at the next epoll_wait.
So retry to wait the eph->sem again when epoll_teardown return 0.
2. fs_epoll: poll_setup the fd again even this fd got non-expected event
Some poll implementations need call poll_setup again when their internal
states changed (e.g., local socket), so should add the fd to the epoll
teardown list and poll_setup again at the next epoll_wait even this fd
got the user non-expected event.

With flat addressing the user pollfd list is given directly to the
drivers that perform the notification. This is fine when the addressing
is flat, as there is no ambiguity on who gets notified and the fds memory
is always mapped.
For kernel mode with MMU this does not work. The notification must be done
via a temporary buffer allocated from kernel memory.
Thus, create a copy of the user fds and pass the copy to the drivers.
Afterwards copy the output events back to the user.
