new virtio_alloc_buf() return int type, so add virtio_malloc_buf()
for the convenience of use.
And replace all virtio_alloc_buf() to virtio_malloc_buf() in NuttX.

Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

2. Add spinlock for some virtio and vhost drivers that do not
use spinlock to protect the virtqueues;
