Add complete driver support for the QST QMI8658 6-axis IMU sensor featuring
3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope with I2C interface and uORB
integration.
Key features implemented:
* Full I2C communication with configurable frequency (default 400kHz)
* Multiple accelerometer ranges (±2g, ±4g, ±8g, ±16g) and ODR settings
* Multiple gyroscope ranges (±16 to ±1024 dps) with high ODR support
* Low-pass filter configuration for both sensors
* Temperature sensing with 16-bit resolution
* Self-test capability for both accelerometer and gyroscope
* Calibration-on-demand support with offset registers
* FIFO buffer management (framework ready)
* Interrupt-driven and polling mode support
* Complete uORB integration with sensor_accel and sensor_gyro topics
Driver components added:
* Core driver implementation (qmi8658_uorb.c) with register operations
* Header file with register definitions and scale factors (qmi8658.h)
* Kconfig options for driver configuration and polling mode
* Build system integration (CMakeLists.txt, Make.defs)
* Comprehensive documentation with API reference and usage examples
The driver follows NuttX sensor framework conventions and provides
robust error handling, mutex protection, and comprehensive debugging
support through CONFIG_DEBUG_SENSORS.

Add support for the Texas Instruments TMP112 I2C/SMBus digital
temperature sensor. Also add a new defconfig that includes
support for a TMP112 sensor and extend the existing documentation
to include its description.

Add support for BME688 sensor based on BME680 implementation.
The BME688 is nearly identical to the BME680, and this implementation
reuses much of the existing BME680 code. However, there are some differences
related to gas measurements that make it impractical to use the same driver
without significantly complicating it. BME688 also supports parallel mode
which isn't yet supported.

Adds support for the LSM6DSO32 IMU by STM using the uORB framework. This
only contains limited support for the I2C interface, interrupt and
polling driven measurement and standard modes of operation (high
performance ODRs). Features like interrupts besides DRDY, filtering,
gesture recognition and acting as a bus master are not implemented.
This driver add uORB sensor support to Renesas FS3000 sensor.

This driver implements `read`, `write`, `open`, `close` and `ioctl`
interfaces to the SHT4X temperature and humidity sensor on an I2C bus.
The read implementation is that of a character driver for easy
debugging, while `ioctl` provides an interface to the sensor's raw data
collection and heating functionality.
Create bmi160_base.h, bmi160_base.c bmi160_uorb.c files, the bmi160_base file stores
public function interfaces, and the bmi160_uorb file stores functions related to the
uorb framework. Switch the character interface and UORB interface through the
macro CONFIG_SENSORS_BMI160_UORB.

In the past, header file paths were generated by the incdir command
Now they are generated by concatenating environment variables
In this way, when executing makefile, no shell command will be executed,
it will improve the speed of executing makfile
