886718ade1 xtensa: support more than 32 cpu interrupts
The architecture defines maximum of 128 interrupts, whereas previous
code only supported 32 interrupts. For every 32 interrupts added,
there are three additional registers: INTERRUPT, INTCLEAR, and INTENABLE.
This patch adds support for handling these registers.

635da96bae xtensa: remove up_set_current_regs/up_current_regs
reason:
up_set_current_regs initially had two functions:

1: To mark the entry into an interrupt state.
2: To record the context before an interrupt/exception. If we switch to a new task, we need to store the upcoming context regs by calling up_set_current_regs(regs).

Currently, we record the context in other ways, so the second function is obsolete. Therefore, we need to rename up_set_current_regs to better reflect its actual meaning, which is solely to mark an interrupt.

72acec7275 esp32s3: Fix faulty esp32s3-devkit:stack example
This defconfig is an example of the recorded stack and it became
faulty recently after the implementation of the `up_current_regs`
functions. The `noinstrument_function` directive must be used for
preventing it from being looped when instrumentation is enabled.
Also, this commit places `sched/instrument/stack_record.c` in IRAM.

908df725ad arch: use up_current_regs/up_set_current_regs replace CURRENT_REGS
reason:
1 On different architectures, we can utilize more optimized strategies
  to implement up_current_regs/up_set_current_regs.
eg. use interrupt registersor percpu registers.

2d016f8d21 arch: xtensa: Fix the PS register handling
Summary:
- I noticed that DEBUGASSERT sometimes happens in nxsem_wait()
  when testing Wi-Fi with esp32-devkitc:wsifi_smp
- The call stack was not from an interrupt handler and actually
g_current_regs[] were correct, even though asserted with
  (up_interrupt_handler() == false)
- Finally, I found that we need to call rsync after we set
a new value to the PS register which is described in the
  Xtensa document.
- This commit fixes this issue

Impact:
- All xtensa architectures

Testing:
- Tested with esp32-devkitc:wifi_smp and esp32-devkitc:wifi
