5e0347b20a arch/x86_64: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

30226901c0 arch/x86_64: add simple ACPI parser 
add simple ACPI parser for intel64.

For now RSDP signature can be found in BIOS legacy region or can be provided by multiboot2
