This change fixes NuttX’s CMake support when NuttX is embedded
in another project via add_subdirectory(). CMake’s CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR
and CMAKE_BINARY_DIR refer to the outermost project, causing NuttX
to access its .config, generated files, host tools, and build artifacts
in the parent project’s directories. The fix introduces NUTTX_DIR and
NUTTX_BINARY_DIR, based on CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR and
CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR, and consistently uses them for NuttX
self-references while preserving existing standalone builds. It fixes
the Kconfig initialization failure reported in #19697 and allows an
embedded sim:nsh build to configure, build, and boot successfully.
The change affects only the CMake build system (not Make or Kconfig
defaults), requires the corresponding nuttx-apps change, and does not
extend add_subdirectory() support to cross-compiled non-sim boards due
to CMake’s toolchain-file limitation.
Fixes#19697.

Align the NuttX open(2) flag constants with the Linux asm-generic
values so that the FUSE wire protocol and other cross-platform
interfaces work without conversion.
All code that used '(flags & O_RDONLY)' as a bitmask check (always 0
now that O_RDONLY=0) has been updated to use '(flags & O_ACCMODE)'
comparisons.
The NUTTX_O_* constants in include/nuttx/fs/hostfs.h are updated to
match, and the sim hostfs open flag mapping is fixed.

When a board switches storage technology but wants to mount a littlefs
filesystem onto this storage it is desired to still use the same firmware.
This almost works out of the box in NuttX with the exception of setting the
correct block size, which may be different depending on the used storage.
An incorrect block size may lead to suboptimal performance or worse.
To avoid writing a firmware variant that only differs by
CONFIG_FS_LITTLEFS_BLOCK_SIZE_FACTOR this adds the option to pass the
intended block size at the mount call. To still enable the usage of the existing
options this adds a parser for comma-separated mount options, allowing multiple
options to be passed simultaneously.
Example: "autoformat,block_size_factor=4",
"autoformat,block_size_factor=1"
This is backwards compatible: single options passed without commas continue to
work as before.

debug.h is a NuttX-specific, non-POSIX header. Placing it in the
top-level include/ directory creates naming conflicts with external
projects that define their own debug.h.
This commit moves the canonical header to include/nuttx/debug.h,
following the NuttX convention for non-POSIX/non-standard headers,
and updates all in-tree references.
A backward-compatibility shim is left at include/debug.h that
emits a deprecation #warning and re-includes <nuttx/debug.h>,
allowing out-of-tree code to continue building while migrating.

lfs_fs_size() can return more blocks than block_count during active
writes due to copy-on-write blocks. This caused f_bavail to underflow
to a large positive number. Add clamping to prevent this.

Because sync is a rather expensive operation.
While I'm here, improve the comment after the recent discussion
in https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/2913.
IMHO, we should not perform the sync even for O_TRUNC.
But I'm not going to propose the change for now.

This fixes issue on Ubuntu 22.04 with cmake v3.22.1:
```
/usr/bin/arm-none-eabi-gcc -D-DLFS_ASSERT=DEBUGASSERT -D-DLFS_CONFIG=/home/yf/Projects/Nuttx/nuttx/fs/littlefs/lfs_vfs.h -D-DLFS_DEBUG=finfo -D-DLFS_ERROR=ferr -D-DLFS_TRACE=finfo -D-DLFS_WARN=fwarn -DLFS_ATTR_MAX=1022 -DLFS_FILE_MAX=2147483647 -DLFS_NAME_MAX=32 -D__KERNEL__ -D__NuttX__
```
It happeed when building `qemu-armv7a:rpproxy_ivshmem`.

Because they are not expected to apply cleanly.
In that case, disable all features which require the local patches.
Note: lfs_util.patch is actually necessary regardless of
the littlefs version. It should be ok to drop it for the simplest
flat memory model configurations with a single heap though. I plan
to fix it once littlefs 2.9.4 is released.
Tested with esp32s3-devkitc:toywasm + CONFIG_FS_LITTLEFS_VERSION="v2.9.3".
Hopefully, It's more user-friendly than the current method,
which is just an overridable make variable. It would also help
to make some features (and their associated local patches)
conditional on littlefs version in future.
Also, update CMakeLists.txt to use the same littlefs version as Makefile.
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

currently, nuttx implements readv/writev on the top of read/write.
while it might work for the simplest cases, it's broken by design.
for example, it's impossible to make it work correctly for files
which need to preserve data boundaries without allocating a single
contiguous buffer. (udp socket, some character devices, etc)
this change is a start of the migration to a better design.
that is, implement read/write on the top of readv/writev.
to avoid a single huge change, following things will NOT be done in
this commit:
* fix actual bugs caused by the original readv-based-on-read design.
(cf. https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/12674)
* adapt filesystems/drivers to actually benefit from the new interface.
(except a few trivial examples)
* eventually retire the old interface.
* retire read/write syscalls. implement them in libc instead.
* pread/pwrite/preadv/pwritev (except the introduction of struct uio,
which is a preparation to back these variations with the new
interface.)
Summary:
1.Add configuration to allocate memory from the specified section
2.Replace all memory operations (kmm_) in the vfs with
fs_heap_. When FS_HEAPSIZE > 0, memory is requested for the file system by specifying a configured heap location. By default (i.e. FS_HEAPSIZE=0) fs_heap_ is equivalent to kmm_

1. Update all CMakeLists.txt to adapt to new layout
2. Fix cmake build break
3. Update all new file license
4. Fully compatible with current compilation environment(use configure.sh or cmake as you choose)
------------------
How to test
From within nuttx/. Configure:
cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=sim/nsh -GNinja
cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=sim:nsh -GNinja
cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=sabre-6quad/smp -GNinja
cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=lm3s6965-ek/qemu-flat -GNinja
(or full path in custom board) :
cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=$PWD/boards/sim/sim/sim/configs/nsh -GNinja
This uses ninja generator (install with sudo apt install ninja-build). To build:
$ cmake --build build
menuconfig:
$ cmake --build build -t menuconfig

$ pip install cmakelang
$ for i in `find -name CMakeLists.txt`;do cmake-format $i -o $i;done
$ for i in `find -name *\.cmake`;do cmake-format $i -o $i;done
