bitbucket.org/nuttx/buildroot returns 404, as does every other repository
under that Bitbucket organisation. The buildroot that still carries the
NuttX toolchain, ldnxflat included, is github.com/patacongo/buildroot.
Thirty three files carried the dead address, most of them as a "Bitbucket
download site" for a board's toolchain. There are no downloads to offer, so
those now name the repository, and the surrounding prose says so.
The other dead Bitbucket addresses are left alone: nuttx/nuttx, nuttx/tools,
nuttx/uclibc and nuttx/nxwidgets need a decision each about what replaces
them, which is not this patch. patacongo/obsoleted is still there.

BREAKING: In an effort to simplify NuttX initialization, NSH_ARCHINIT is
removed. board_app_initialize is also removed. BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE now
performs all board initialization logic, and is by default enabled. All
references to these symbols are removed. BOARDIOC_INIT remains, but will
result in -ENOTTY when called. It is to be removed in a later commit.
Quick fix: Boards relying on NSH_ARCHINIT should now enable
CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE instead. If the application needs
fine-grained control over board initialization from userspace, the logic
performed by BOARDIOC_INIT may be copied to the board_finalinitialize
function and used instead via BOARDIOC_FINALINIT. All
board_app_initialize logic provided by NuttX is now moved to
board_late_initialize, and the same should be done for out-of-tree
boards.

Use configuration CDCACM_DISABLE_TXBUF or CDCACM_DISABLE_RXBUF to choose
whether to use usb req buffer as the serial buffer. Since the default
value is n (not using req buf), the original configuration of buf is valid.
This reverts commit 21c8ed80bd.
- migrated /README are removed from /boards
- there are a lot of READMEs that should be further converted to rst.
At the moment they are moved to Documentation/platforms and included in rst files
