The link support is no longer limited to the pseudo file system and now
covers both soft (symbolic) links and hard links across the VFS. Rename
the configuration option PSEUDOFS_SOFTLINKS to the more accurate FS_LINKS
and update all references in the source, headers, Kconfig, documentation
and board defconfigs accordingly.
This is a configuration rename; any out-of-tree defconfig that still
selects PSEUDOFS_SOFTLINKS must be updated to FS_LINKS.

Supports the UNIX setuid-on-exec sudo helper. Documents the model,
generates an extra ROMFS user and /etc/sudoers for a non-root test,
reports BINFS modes from the builtin table so ls -l matches execute
bits, and skips NULL environment entries when sanitizing a setuid exec.

Add boot commands.rst section describing its syntax and behavior,
including relative image path resolution against the NSH
current working directory, and boot command config.rst dependency-table entry
mapping CONFIG_BOARDCTL_BOOT_IMAGE and CONFIG_NSH_DISABLE_BOOT.

Add a reference section for the NSH `du` command, covering the -h,
-s, -a, and -d N options, default-to-current-directory behavior,
and an example showing recursive directory output.
Options are rendered as an RST simple table to match the style of
other NSH command sections (ls, umount, uptime). Sizes are noted as
apparent sizes (st_size) and -h as integer-arithmetic, one-decimal
output that needs no float printf support.

Document PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 ROMFS passwd generation and update board
Kconfig help text accordingly. Set the documented sim/login CI credential
in GitHub Actions.
Enable CONFIG_CODECS_BASE64 and CONFIG_NETUTILS_CODECS on sim:dropbear for
link compatibility with dropbear's bundled libtomcrypt.

The top command was added to nshlib in 2024 but was never documented.
Add a section to the NSH commands page covering syntax, options,
example output and configuration dependencies, including the
Linux-like summary header.
Also enable the command in the linum-stm32h753bi:nsh config: procfs,
CPU load measurement, stack coloration and task names, so that top
and ps are fully functional out of the box. This requires a dedicated
interrupt stack and larger IDLE/init task stacks: with SCHED_CPULOAD
the per-tick accounting runs in interrupt context, and with
ARCH_INTERRUPTSTACK=0 it lands on the stack of the interrupted task,
overflowing the 1 KiB IDLE stack and corrupting the adjacent heap.
Also add the VT100 escape sequences used by the top command screen
refresh as string literals in include/nuttx/vt100.h (VT100_STR_*),
next to the existing VT100_FMT_* definitions.
Tested on hardware.

Document NSH identity commands and how login/su update the prompt (# for
effective root, $ for non-root). Cover flat-build euid semantics, related
Kconfig options, and session identity behavior after login.
Document the new NSH chmod and chown builtins,
including supported numeric permission and
ownership forms.

BREAKING: In an effort to simplify NuttX initialization, NSH_ARCHINIT is
removed. board_app_initialize is also removed. BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE now
performs all board initialization logic, and is by default enabled. All
references to these symbols are removed. BOARDIOC_INIT remains, but will
result in -ENOTTY when called. It is to be removed in a later commit.
Quick fix: Boards relying on NSH_ARCHINIT should now enable
CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INITIALIZE instead. If the application needs
fine-grained control over board initialization from userspace, the logic
performed by BOARDIOC_INIT may be copied to the board_finalinitialize
function and used instead via BOARDIOC_FINALINIT. All
board_app_initialize logic provided by NuttX is now moved to
board_late_initialize, and the same should be done for out-of-tree
boards.

This patch adds the description for NSH_BUILTIN_AS_COMMAND including its advantage and disadvantage.
NSH_BUILTIN_AS_COMMAND is an optional configuration in nsh. It allows nsh builtin apps to run directly like nsh command without creating a thread. This is done in pull request https://github.com/apache/nuttx-apps/pull/3168

This is first script that init runs is rc.sysinit. This
script does serval initialization tasks about basic service.
The boot sequence currently provided to the board level is:
board_earlyinitialize->
board_lateinitialize(Peripherals driver, core driver, ...)->
run rcS script(mount fs, run service) ->
board_appinitialize->
After this patch:
The boot sequence currently provided to the board level is:
board_earlyinitialize->
board_lateinitialize(core driver,...)->
run rc.sysinit script(mount fs, run core service) ->
board_appinitialize(Peripherals driver)->
run rcS script(run other service)->
So, Peripheral drivers can do more with the file system and
core services.
