1. In cfi_write_unalign(): Add additional check to ensure nbytes is
at least bankwidth size before skipping unaligned start handling.
This prevents incorrect behavior when writing small amounts of
data that are less than bankwidth.
2. In cfi_write(): Align down the write size to bankwidth boundary
when the remaining nbytes is less than the buffer write size.
This ensures the buffer write operation always works with properly
aligned data size, preventing write failures.))

This patch adds a dummy PTP clock driver implementation that provides
a software-based PTP clock for testing and development purposes.
Key changes include:
1. Dummy PTP clock driver implementation:
- Added drivers/timers/ptp_clock_dummy.c
- Provides software-based PTP clock using system monotonic clock
- Implements all required lower-half driver operations
2. Lower-half driver operations:
- adjfine: Frequency adjustment (stores adjustment value)
- adjtime: Time offset adjustment (applies delta to base time)
- gettime: Returns current PTP clock time
- settime: Sets PTP clock time
- getcaps: Reports clock capabilities (1 billion PPB max adjustment)
- getcrosststamp: Provides system/device cross-timestamp
3. Driver initialization:
- Added ptp_clock_dummy_init() in drivers/drivers_initialize.c
- Auto-registration under CONFIG_PTP_CLOCK_DUMMY configuration
- Creates /dev/ptp0 character device node

driver framework for NuttX, enabling precise time synchronization support
based on IEEE 1588 standard.

The value returned by sizeof(struct note_start_s) is larger
than the actual memory footprint of struct note_start_s.
This causes the length calculated in sched_note_start to be larger
than the actual memory size,which further leads to out-of-bounds reads in note_common.

The loopback network driver sending task is placed in the LPWORK queue, which may result in delayed scheduling when the CPU usage reaches 100%, leading to the timely sending of cached messages from the loopback network driver and causing issues with post waitsem being too late.we decied to set loopback sending task to the HPWORK queue.

Add MTD driver for Winbond W25N series SPI NAND flash.
Currently supports W25N01GV (1Gbit/128MB).
Features:
- Standard SPI interface with configurable frequency (up to 104 MHz)
- Hardware ECC enabled by default
- Block erase with sleep-based wait (releases SPI bus)
- Page read/write with busy-wait for fast operations
Limitations:
- No bad block management (BBM). Factory bad blocks and runtime bad
blocks are not tracked.
- No bad block table (BBT) scanning at initialization.
- No Quad SPI support (standard SPI only).
- No access to spare area (64 bytes/page) or OTP region.
Tested using:
- Board with STM32H743
- W25N01GV on SPI at 96 MHz with DMA enabled
- Flash mounted using littlefs
- Tested using sdbench:
- Sequential write speed of 1760 KB/s
- Sequential read speed of 4900 KB/s

In order to reduce code duplication, use the eeprom/spi_xx25xx
driver within mtd/at25ee.
The eeprom/xxx.h includes have been merged into eeprom/eeprom.h, to
provide a common include file like mtd/mtd.h.

Changed the DRIVERS_VIRTIO_INPUT dependencies from 'depends on' to 'select'
for INPUT_TOUCHSCREEN, INPUT_KEYBOARD, and INPUT_MOUSE options. This ensures
that when DRIVERS_VIRTIO_INPUT is enabled, all required input subsystems are
automatically selected, fixing the issue where mouse device nodes were not
being created properly.

When the setinterface interface is called, it indicates that the underlying
USB link has been successfully established. At this point, the status of the
network card needs to be updated to RUNNING by calling the netdev_carrier_on
interface. It is similar to the logic after a Wi-Fi network card is
connected to a hotspot. Otherwise, an incorrect network card status may
cause packets to fail to be successfully sent.
