During the Toybox port to NuttX, Claude noticed that changes in the
menuconfig weren't taking affect. This issue exists for a long time on
NuttX, in fact BayLibre's presentation from 2017 make jokes about our
building system not been reliable:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUJK2htXxKw&t=320s
Stale archive members from $(AR)'s additive-only behavior can linger
after Kconfig toggles change which files provide a symbol, causing dead
weight or "multiple definition" link errors on incremental builds.
Fixed by splitting ARCHIVE into two macros: ARCHIVE keeps the original
additive behavior for apps/libapps.a, which many independent
subdirectories contribute to across a build, while the new
ARCHIVE_REBUILD deletes then archives for the far more common case
of a single Makefile building its own self-contained $(OBJS)
- all 39 such call sites now use it.

Intermediate files of make depend like .ddc and .dds may remain
when make is interrupted. Remove them using make distclean.

- Add c++config.h to improve libstdc++ configuration support
- Update CMakeLists.txt and libsupc++.defs to integrate the new config header
- Remove the obsolete 0001-libsupc-Add-missing-header-files.patch to clean up the codebase
These changes enhance the maintainability and portability of the C++ standard library and simplify the build process.
This patch adds support for building libsupc++ (the C++ runtime
support library from GCC's libstdc++-v3).
libsupc++ provides core C++ runtime support including:
- Exception handling (eh_*.cc)
- RTTI (Run-Time Type Information)
- Memory allocation operators (new/delete)
- Type info support
The implementation includes:
- libsupc++.defs for libsupc++ build integration
- support make and cmake build
- Use gthr.h, gthr-posix.h and unwind-pe.h from libgcc
- LIBSTDCXX_VERSION config option with default 14.2.0

When _LIBCPP_HAS_NO_CONTENTION_TABLE is defined, libcxx will not
allocate the contention table used for semaphore implementation,
which can save significant RAM on memory-constrained embedded systems.
This optimization is particularly useful for NuttX targets where
every byte of RAM matters.

This commit contains changes:
1) define new C++ locale macros CXX_MINI_LOCALIZATION & CXX_NO_LOCALIZATION
2) define a new C++ macro _LIBCPP_HAS_MINI_LOCALIZATION for CXX_MINI_LOCALIZATION
3) update libxx/libcxx/CMakeLists.txt & Make.defs

remove not related comments from libs/libbuiltin/CMakeLists.txt and
libs/libxx/CMakeLists.txt. These are a copy paste from a Makefile
which doesn't make sense for these files.

1. fix https://github.com/apache/nuttx/issues/14774.
Change the defconfig of libcxxtest and select libcxxabi by default to
fix sim:libcxxtest build in macOS CI can't find cxxabi.h.
2. fix https://github.com/apache/nuttx/issues/15491.
libcxxabi cannot be used with uclibc, so when compiling macos sim, libcxxabi cannot be selected by default in Kconfig.

Since there are some patches that need to be loaded manually, the original method is rather confusing. Now these patches that need to be loaded manually are classified into various cxx library folders, and each dynamically downloaded cxx library is moved down one directory to make the directory structure clearer.

The reason for removing math.h is that undefining __GLIBC__ does not take effect. By default, sim will use the toolchain's math library and undef __GLIBC__ in the source file.
