Basic NuttShell configuration console and I/O expander driver PCA9557 enabled.
You can run the configuration and compilation procedure::
$ ./tools/configure.sh lckfb-szpi-esp32s3:pca9557
$ make flash -j$(nproc) ESPTOOL_PORT=/dev/ttyUSB0
Then test gpio2(pin9(P2) of PCA9557)::
# With hardware check, the pin levels meet the expected requirements.
# Output low
nsh> echo 0 > /dev/gpio2
nsh> cat /dev/gpio2
0
