arch: imxrt: Fix ethernet configuration in Kconfig

- Fix typo in Kconfig so that we can configure IMXRT_ENET_NRXBUFFERS.

Impact:
- imxrt family with ethernet configuration

Testing:
- imxrt1060-evk:netnsh
