arm/qemu-armv7r: add heap alloc
This adds up_allocate_heap() support for PROTECTED mode so that kernel and user heap sizes match memory.ld linker script. Signed-off-by: Yanfeng Liu <p-liuyanfeng9@xiaomi.com>
