e72cee69b0 testing: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

8cc06ac5cf testing/monkey: refact monkey test 
1. Simplify kconfig configuration items.
2. Use events to control the status of virtual devices and improve testing efficiency.
3. Add adaptive screen resolution support.
