6a19675e77 testing/crypto: add chacha20 and chacha20-poly1305 tests 
Add test cases for ChaCha20 stream cipher and ChaCha20-Poly1305
AEAD algorithm using the NuttX cryptodev interface. Tests cover
RFC 7539 test vectors including encryption/decryption with various
key/nonce/counter combinations.

cd2b0c0e87 testing/crypto: Add pbkdf2 test app 
This adds support for testing PBKDF2 implementation. Test
vectors for SHA1 are taken from RFC6070. SHA256 vectors
were extrapolated using an online PBKDF2 generator which
was checked against RFC6070.
