d79e503612 examples/nanoxcalc: add Nano-X calculator example 
* Port the nxcalc demo from Microwindows
* Connects to the Nano-X server started by examples/nanoxterm
* Requires CONFIG_LIBC_FLOATINGPOINT for the result formatting
