Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

stdio.h remove <nuttx/xxxx.h> Some .c previously depended on
<nuttx/xxx.h> and needed to be added to .c instead of stdio.h
