a91768e715 examples: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

f7072ceea8 examples: add NimBLE example, based on nimble/porting/examples/nuttx 
It's better to keep this example as part of nuttx-apps instead of relying on an external project
